Instructions for returns and/or size exchanges FROM ITALY
RETURNS FROM ITALY ARE FREE!
Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
You can proceed with the return by following these simple steps:
1) Put the items you want to return back in the package.
You can reuse the same box in which you received the item or use the packaging you prefer, as long as it is well sealed.
The item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received and with the label attached.
2) Attach the prepaid label found inside the box (if you have lost it, you can request it from info@gisar.it) and fill out the form found inside completely.
You can choose to have the same item exchanged for a different size or receive a refund.
Fill everything out as accurately as possible to avoid delays!
3) Once you have delivered the return package to Poste Italiane, you just need to wait a few days.
When we receive the return, we check the condition of the product. It may take 2-3 days from the time we receive it before it is processed.
- If you requested an exchange, we will send it back to you free of charge!
- If you chose a refund, the cost of the returned items will be refunded to your card, bank account, or PayPal account, minus any shipping costs (applied to orders under €90).
One free return is guaranteed for each order. For a second return related to the same order (for example, to return an item for which a size exchange had already been made), the shipping is at the expense and responsibility of the purchaser.
By purchasing from the website, the return conditions are also considered accepted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS FROM ABROAD - EUROPEAN UNION
For international orders, returns are at the expense and responsibility of the purchaser.
Fill out the form found inside the package. You can reuse the same box in which you received the item or use the packaging you prefer, as long as it is well sealed. The item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received and with the label attached. Used, dirty, and/or damaged items will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued within 2-3 business days of receipt of the return at our office.

You can send the return back with the postal service or the courier of your choice, but we strongly recommend a trackable shipping method. We assume no responsibility if the return is sent without tracking and the package is lost.
We do not offer an exchange service: you will receive a refund for each returned item. If you need a different size or model, you can place a new order.

Returns procedure - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Returns are at the customer’s expense and responsibility.
Package your item properly, so that it can be returned to us undamaged. Any used, soiled, worn (other than briefly to try for size) or excessively handled goods will not be eligible for return or will be subject to a deduction from the refund.
Returns will be refunded within a few days of their receipt by GiSar, minus the shipping cost.

You can use any shipping method you like, but we strongly recommend a trackable shipment, so you will be able to see if and when the package is delivered to our warehouse.
We do not offer an exchange service. Any items that are sent back to us will be refunded. If you require a variation of a product (different size, colour etc.) please place a new order.
