Instructions for returns and/or size exchanges
RETURNS FROM ITALY
RETURNS FROM ITALY ARE FREE!
Returns can be made no later than 15 days after receiving the order.
You can proceed with the return by following these simple steps:
1) Place the items you wish to return back into the package.
You can reuse the same box you received the item in or use your preferred packaging, as long as it is well sealed.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received and with the tag attached.
2) Attach the prepaid label that you find inside the box (if you have lost it you can request it from info@gisar.it ) and fill out the form inside in all its parts.
You can choose whether to have a size exchange for the same item or a refund.
Please fill out everything as accurately as possible to avoid delays!
3) Once you've delivered your return package to Poste Italiane, all you have to do is wait a few days.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect its condition. It may take 2-3 days from the time we receive it to process it.
- If you request an exchange, we will send it back to you free of charge!
- If you have chosen a refund, the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded to your card, bank account, or PayPal account, minus any shipping costs (which apply to orders under €80).
One free return is guaranteed for each order. If you wish to make a second return for the same order (for example, if you wish to return an item for which you have already exchanged a size), shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS FROM ABROAD - EUROPEAN UNION
For orders from abroad, returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Fill out the form inside the package. You can reuse the same box in which you received the item or use your preferred packaging, as long as it is well-sealed. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and with the label attached. Used, soiled, and/or damaged items will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued within 2/3 working days of receiving the return at our office.

You can send your return via your preferred postal or courier service, but we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We assume no responsibility if the return is made using a non-trackable shipping method and the package is lost.
We do not offer size exchanges. You will be refunded for each returned item. If you need to order a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.

Returns procedure - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Returns are at the customer's expense and responsibility.
Package your item properly, so that it can be returned to us undamaged. Any used, soiled, worn (other than briefly to try for size) or excessively handled goods will not be eligible for return or will be subject to a deduction from the refund.
Returns will be refunded within a few days since their receipt by GiSar, minus the shipping cost.

You can use any shipping method you like, but we strongly recommend a trackable shipment, so you will be able to see if and when the package is going to be delivered to out warehouse.
We do not offer an exchange service. Any items that are sent back to us will be refunded. If you require a variation of a product (different size, color etc.) please place a new order.
